'Stand Up Paddle board Yoga' At WONDER FIELDS!
We can offer six lucky people at a time the chance to experience this beautiful and unique practice, with 4 lessons a day, book your board asap to avoid disappointment!
If you have never been on a paddle board OR never done yoga, don’t worry! with a slow and well thought out ‘SUP Yoga sequence’ incorporating light stretches and simple balancing techniques, Nay’s Yoga can guide you through the practice at a very steady and relaxed pace.
If you enjoy trying new things, being in and on the water, enjoying spaciousness and having the freedom to expand your yoga knowledge, you will LOVE this unique outdoor practice!
It’s an absolutely magical experience! one which everyone should try at least once in their life 🙂
