CAN WE CAMP NEXT TO OUR CARAVAN PLEASE?
We’re very sorry but in our experience tents and moving vehicles are not a good mix. Our camping field is just 5 minutes away from the caravan field so you’ll still be very close to your friends!
CAN WE BRING OUR DOG?
We’re sure we would love your furry friends as much as you do but unfortunately the area is a working farm and we absolutely cannot allow any animals on site. Sorry!
WHAT TIME DOES THE MUSIC GO ON UNTIL?
We have a number of stages this year, however all amplified music will be stopped at 2am each evening.

IS CAMPING INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?
Yes camping is included in the weekend tickets but you have to purchase car parking or campervan tickets separately.
CAN UNDER 18’S ATTEND ON THEIR OWN?
Teen tickets must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. At least one over 21 year old to every four teen tickets.
WHAT DO SUNDAY TICKETS INCLUDE?
Sunday tickets gain you entry to the festival from 10am on Sunday and you may camp for the evening but you must leave site by 12.00pm on Monday.
WHEN CAN WE ARRIVE AND WHEN DO WE HAVE TO LEAVE SITE?
You can arrive from midday on Friday 12th July and you must have packed up and taken all of your belongings and rubbish no later than midday on Monday 15th July.
WHEN WILL THE GATE OPEN & CLOSE?
The gates will open at 12pm Friday 12th July and close at 10pm, no entry after that time till Saturday morning at 10am. Gate times: Fri 12pm-10pm, Sat 10am-10pm, Sun 10am-6pm. Everyone must leave site with all of their rubbish and waste by midday Monday 15th July at the latest.
WHAT TIME WILL THE ENTERTAINMENT START AND FINISH?
We will start at 1pm Friday and amplified music will stop at 2.00am on Friday and Saturday and 2am on Sunday night.
WHO DO I CALL REGARDING A TICKET ENQUIRY?
Please call Ticket Sellers our ticket provider if you purchased your ticket online. If you obtained your ticket as a paper ticket please contact info@wonderfields.co.uk
WHERE DO I GO TO FIND MY LOST PROPERTY OR WHO DO I CONTACT AFTER THE FESTIVAL?
If you are at the festival and you realise you have lost something please approach a steward or member of staff, the lost property will be located near the merchandise or info tent.
CAN I PARK MY CAR FOR THE WEEKEND?
Yes you can park all weekend for a small charge of £10, again paid for on the ticket site. We encourage car shares and riding bikes where possible. You will be charged more if you have not purchased your car park ticket pre arrival.
CAN I BRING A CAMPERVAN OR CARAVAN?
Yes. There is a charge of £30 for any live in vehicles, these can be bought from the ticket site. You will be charged more if you do not purchase your live in vehicle pre event, there is limited availability in the live in area, meaning you may not be granted access if not pre bought.
CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DOOR?
Yes we will have limited tickets available on the door. It is always advisable to get your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
WHAT DAYS CAN WE CAMP AT THE FESTIVAL?
The Festival opens at 12pm Friday the 12th July. Everyone is welcome to camp for 3 nights and leave on the Monday by midday at the latest. Camping areas will be clearly sign posted.
IS THERE A QUIETER CAMPING AREA FOR FAMILIES?
Yes, there will be designated area for family camping; this will be located behind the glamping area in the field behind the kids area. There will of course be amplified music that will travel as the site is relatively small, however we do believe this will be a quieter area for the families to be.
IS THE GLAMPING OPTION CLOSE TO THE FESTIVAL SITE?
Yes, if you are lucky enough to have a glamping spot ready for you when you arrive, you will only be a stones throw away from the main event in a dedicated area. Find out more about Glamping at Wonder Fields
CAN WE BRING BOOZE?
It is fine to bring a few drinks into the camping area, but please don’t bring any glass bottles. These will be taken from you at the gate or you can transfer them to plastic bottles. We allow people to bring in alcohol for personal consumption please be aware our bars are an integral part of the event and it is important that people support our event through purchasing from our bars which are of a very high standard and reasonably priced like our tickets.
HOW MUCH BOOZE CAN I BRING IN?
Under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 21. You may have 4 under 18 tickets to 1 over adult ticket.
There is a limit to the amount of alcohol you can bring to the site. You may bring only one of the following:
- 12 x 440ml cans of lager/cider/beer
- 2.25 litre box of wine/ 3 bottles of wine decanted into plastic bottles
- NO SPIRITS
You may bring this with you on arrival only. There is no re-entry with alcohol. No glass is to be brought onto site for safety reasons. No opened bottles can be brought on to site – you can bring sealed plastic bottles of water or soft drinks. Any opened bottles will be confiscated on entry, once you have entered with your alcohol on the first entry your wristband will be clipped.
WILL THIS EVENT BE SUITABLE FOR MY KIDS?
We are definitely catering for all ages. The kids area will be fully programmed with activities to keep them busy and is run from 12pm-5pm on Friday and 10am – 5pm on Saturday & Sunday. All children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
WHEN WILL MY TICKETS ARRIVE?
There are no physical tickets, you only need your unique e-ticket number or barcode at the gate, so print it off or bring it on your phone with a form of photo I.D
HOW CAN I HELP WITH WONDER FIELDS FESTIVAL?
We are always looking for help with the festival, from volunteering over the weekend, to performers and promotional teams pre and post event. Please find our application forms on our get involved page.
DID YOU RECEIVE MY APPLICATION TO PERFORM/TRADE?
It is likely we did, and apologise if we were not able to respond, there have been a very large number of applications and it was a struggle to reply to each one. Please feel free to chase via e-mail if you would like to double check, however don’t be disappointed if we have not been able to fit you in this year, we are still very small! Keep trying in future years as we always want to welcome new members into the Wonder Fields Family.
